Customer service is wonderful but when things are shopping the same way they arrive the same way. My tins a dented and scratched and for the price I expected them to be packaged with care. Just disappointed. Customer service replaced the original order but when they arrive the same way again there isn’t much to do to help.
Waited so long for these and was so excited. Very pleased! So cute and will definitely use them lots. My only complaint is that the surface of each one almost looks like sandpaper was ran over them??? I think I said this before in another review for another tin I had purchased. Envelopes are not a good idea when you are shipping something like tin. It will almost guarantee damage the product in some way. Boxes are the way to go. The scissors will get lots of use! The guard on them is such a nice touch!
Useful for holding those small tools needed within reach during crocheting. These tins are cute and handy.
I was surprised (and pleased) at the sharpness of the scissors and the guard was a nice and necessary touch. The tins with their contents make it so I can de-clutter the bunny tin which I had put all the bits in. Now I just have the yarn needles in the bunny tin. Love my collection!!!
