I want to start off by saying I can't actually rate the kit itself, because I never received the kit. I have sent several emails, waiting the amount of time the email said, and got no response. On the last email I sent they finally replied, and all they said was look around because it said it was delivered. Showing me they do not read the emails, because I stated in my emails that I got part of my order but not the Bluey or Bingo kits. I am very upset with woobles, I have loved them since I got my first wooble, I have even recommended them to others that wanted to get into crocheting, but no more. This will be the last thing I order from them unless they fix the problem and send me my missing kits before I need to give it as a present.
