This is my sixth Wooble and I had a fun time making Voldemort. He definitely calls for many different skills but easy enough for a newbie! Wanted to address given the other reviews: my nostril thread color was different than the skin so I think that issue has been resolved
This was my first ever wooble! My 9 year old got me hooked when I helped her make her Pinya the Pineapple kit. If you're looking for an addicting, fun, relaxing hobby- this has got you covered! I'm a very visual learner, so the video tutorials are great. I even had to email woobles with a question, and an actual person emailed me back less than 2 hours later! The only reason I gave 4 stars,not 5, is because Voldy is supposed to have different colored yarn for his nose, which the kit does not include (it's the exact color as the rest of his body). Wooble on!

I'm with everyone else. The color for the nostril is not visible. I went ahead and used the black for the nostril as well. The pattern is super cute but for $40 it's annoying to have to fix a problem that shouldn't have passed quality control. 🤷🏽♀️
I received the Harry Potter Bundle for Christmas and started with Lord Voldemort, as I am a total newbie and I didn’t want to start with my first project being the only other beginner set and the one I wanted to be the best made (Dobby). I had fun with my first Wooble ever, and he came out cute, but I did have a couple of things that would have irked me had I paid $40 for this kit.
First, while the videos were great and taught me what I needed to know to be successful, they also assumed VERY quickly that I could retain every bit of knowledge after one, sometimes two, times doing it and then in the later steps not showing or giving refreshers. Also, as you can see by the photo, I like many others received two bundles of the same color thread and had to use leftover black yarn from the mouth to make the nostrils instead of a darker color gray as mentioned in the video and as pictured online and the kit.
Hoping that first project frustrations are out of the way and the rest of the kits are more enjoyable.
