It's the final stretch! Make it through these rounds, and you're done with most of Fred:

Round 14:

Round 15:

Round 16:
[2 sc, dec] x 8		 (24)
Round 17:
24 sc		 (24)
Round 18:
[dec, sc] x 8		 (16)
Round 19:
16 sc		 (16)

Stuff as needed (leave some for the tail)!

Round 20:
8 dec		 (8)
