The ears
Brace yourself. It's time. Time to learn the magic loop.
Magic loop giving you trouble? Try this easier chain method instead. It'll probably leave you with a hole in the middle, but that's OK – you gotta do what you gotta do to make a circle.
Whether you made a circle using the magic loop or chain method, give yourself a pat on the back for finishing Round 1. The rest of the ears are the moves you've already mastered ✌️ sc, inc, dec stitches.

Fasten off and leave a long tail. Don't stuff. Flatten them and sew them on so they span rounds 2 & 3. They should look centered above the eyes.
