I figured out how to actually sew everything on and they sent extra yarn! But i had glow in the dark yarn and decided to use it for the belly and fin.
I was so disappointed by him because he was so cute. I ran out of grey yarn by the time I was on the second fin, and I also could not understand for my life how to sow on 3D pieces properly. His dorsal fin is orange and sown on a little crooked, and his tail is going to have to be white.
The design is cute, and the price is wonderful. The mini Woobles are a fun project that can be completed in one evening after school or work.
This kit has a problem, though. There isn’t enough of either color yarn to complete the project. Looking at the reviews, it seems that a lot of people have had this issue, and The Woobles has yet to address it.
I had a lot of white yarn left over from Howard and Snoopy, so I was able to use my own white yarn for the white part when I realized I had been shorted. When I realized that I hadn’t been given enough grey yarn either, I decided to do the tail in white because it would be the least conspicuous.
I really recommend the other Woobles minis, but don’t buy this one unless you have extra grey and white yarn on hand from other projects. There aren’t enough supplies in the kit to complete the project.

Cute and quick, though I did have trouble getting the dorsal fin lined up right, but I love how it turned out! Also a good refresher on the HDC stitch
