I originally placed an order for this set. Unfortunately, I received another set. I reached out to their support email and let them know about the mistake. They were kind enough to ship me the correct set and also allowed me to keep the incorrect set, free of charge. Normally, companies will ask you to ship the wrong materials back to them in order to receive the correct materials. What they did was a very kind gesture and shows great customer service.
