This was my second kit and it was just as good as the first! I allowed me to use what I learned the first time and move at my own pace. Just as beginner friendly as the frog. Already purchased more!
I absolutely loved crocheting this little bean for my little sister’s birthday! It would be small at first, and within about an hour, it would already be halfway done! And the instructions were simple and easy to understand, so I barely made any mistakes! But one thing happened that upset me: There was only one gray disc. I searched the bag for a second one but I couldn’t find one. I’m writing this review as a request for help. (I don’t know if this is normal, but I also got three eye beads.)
My aunt loves to crochet and when I was like 6 she wanted to teach me and I never learned, some days ago I looked at the art section in a Walmart and found that kit and another crochet kit from another brand, I tried the Chick and for my second time crocheting after years I thought it ended pretty good, after I tried the another one (which was supposed to be an octopus) but I broke it by accident (actually because I am lefty and the instructions were for right handed only and it was soooo difficult to understand it) and I thought that it looked like a little hat for the chick, so now it's perfect
Made a couple mistakes along the way, still looks adorable! It is a little hard to start but once you get the hang of it it gets so much easier. I have never crocheted before and I am in love, may steal my brothers kit 🤫. Highly recommend if you are just starting to crochet.
