It was fun! and I definitely learned new skills! I never did crochet before and the instruction was easy to follow, started from how to hold the crochet, how to read the pattern, to use to stitch marker, which I followed pretty well, UNTIL the scarf. It is very hard (at least for the beginner like me) and I have to undo-rewatch-redo several times, and of course I don’t think I got it right but I was just trying my best to complete the project.
I think if possible, my suggestions are
-Use the same yarn color as what we supposed to do. With orange and blue yarn, sometimes I was not sure what it is supposed to look like along the way
-Maybe redo the instruction for the scarf?
-Listed as somewhere between beginner to intermediate
Overall, it ia quite challenging for me but also fun to try new things as well!
I would definitely buy it again, but may need to step back to something that looks like it is for “real” beginner.
This was a fun project! Lots of different stitches to experiment with and master. The scarf was a bit tedious and I’m sure I went beyond the patterns recommended rows to make it work but I got it done. Not a kit I would recommend for a super beginner but the tutorial videos are very thorough and helpful!

Very fun !! I learned to crochet with the Woobles (not this kit) and this kit is an example of how good the Woobles are. Very easy and straight forward. My only complaint is that this kit should probably be marked as intermediate not beginner+
It was fun to do overall but the scarf was kinda hard but it was fun for my first wooble
