Let me start off by saying I’m a first timer with zero experience in crocheting. I love the way Howard came out, he’s still adorable even being lopsided! The videos were helpful but with no familiarity in crocheting I feel like some videos could have definitely been more informative as I got lost in some steps and at almost every piece forgot about flipping them to the correct side. I bought 2 more kits since they are adorable and I hope to get better! 4 stars because there could be some improvement for beginners.
Started this Wooble over a year ago, but stopped working on it when I lost one of the eyes. I was able to get a few extra eyes during the Wooble Wagon event, and restarted on Howard. I had already put sewed on the blue crochet patch to the body and had to get creative with getting the safety eyes on. He looks derpy, but I think it gives him a lot of character
This was my third Wooble (bought the Christmas/holiday bundle) and probably my favorite one so far. I struggled with Lola for some reason but Howard was a breeze and turned out great. A reminder to flip the horns would have been great - but hey maybe I wasn’t supposed to flip them either idk, but other than having a small struggle with attaching things this one really made me feel like I knew what I was doing
This may be one of the best Woobles in existence! Howard is too cute. He was easy to make and I made him in about two days. I am experienced in crochet, though. His hook was a nice blue color, but it was incredibly similar to Willow's hook. I used the pdf instead of the videos. My only issue with the pdf is that the eyes were placed a round too high. Luckily I noticed this and put them a round lower, so it looked more like the picture. I did put the eyes too close together though. I also didn't have enough stuffing, since I like to stuff my amigurumi a bit more. I was lucky enough to have plenty left over from previous Woobles. Regardless, this was a super fun project!
I got Howard The Yeti for Christmas and only recently made it. I have since made other crochet things and decided to remake him with different yarn. I did keep messing up and restarting which made the magic circle develop more into a flower, but that's my fault, not the kit.
