He is my favorite so far. Changing colors seemed scary but is pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Totally worth it especially for the tutorials!
I have tried a few times to learn how to crochet. But I had the hardest time getting past the first few stitches and they never seemed to be the same size. With this Woobles kit I was able to get the hang of the stitches and had a good time doing it. My Racoon may look a bit rough in places, but he’s still really cute and I’m proud of him.
I start Scooter the night we left for our weekend trip. He was easy enough to do in the car, while visiting (to keep my hands busy) and he was completed before we ever left the state we were visiting.

This was my second time crocheting anything and I found this one to be more challenging than the penguin. I definitely wouldn't start with this one as the first time crocheting. The pattern said to use the black yarn for the eyes if you wanted to sew them on but you won't be able to see them on the black face so I took some leftover blue yarn from the penguin and used that for the eyes. I enjoy these kits and can't wait to start on another one.
