Douglas is a very fun project. I learned a new crochet stitch, triple crochet. I wouldnβt recommend it as a first product but definitely one to do with a bit more experience.

I have repeatedly entered the password on my card that came with my kit and cannot get the instructions. After spending hundreds of dollars with your company and doing more than 30 kits, I am done. You shouldnβt make it so hard to get the instructions. It didnβt used to be this hard and I am done with your company. I will be glad to review you with a Better Business Bureau and let them know how you treat your long-term customers.
I havetried everything to get the instructions for this kit. I am really angry. I have spent so much money with your company and for you to treat me this way is unbelievable. I will not spend any more money on your products. I probably have six kits I have not worked yet because I havenβt had time. To repeatedly be told to type in the password on the card that came with the kit and have it rejected is unacceptable! I am done with you people and will contact the BBB about your product.
My friend gave me the Harry Potter and Hedwig Woobles for my birthday in March and I haven't stopped woobling since. They're totally fun and well designed. The instructions are excellent!
