Meet Gertrude the Llama
Hello from Gertrude the Llama, who is very fleeced to meet you! As our first intermediate Wooble to come with Easy Peasy yarn—not to mention the easy-to-follow instructions included in every kit—Gertrude’s cute little legs and bobble-stitch fleece will be absolutely no prob-llama.

In fact, spit’s so simple to use our video tutorials that you’ll be finishing up this extra-herd-inary new friend in no time. And the only di-llama you’ll have left is which of her adorable friends to make next!

Can I really learn how to crochet from these kits?
You bet - over 250,000 people have learned crochet with The Woobles, and you can be next! Just follow the step-by-step video tutorials that come with each learn-to-crochet kit. Intermediate kits still come with our step-by-step video instructions, but only for techniques you might not’ve encountered in a beginner kit.

This pattern made me think I’ve come far in a few days!! Less than a week from my first kit I made this! My daughter loves her! I really want to try this again because my stitches are so tight, but I’m still proud of myself!

This was my first intermediate kit! I made two! One for me and one for a Christmas present! I love how easy to follow the instructions are, even with the intermediate kits!

Love it!

I had made several of the woobles kits prior to getting Gertrude the llama and I was a little nervous seeing I had never made an intermediate wooble before. However it was actually pretty easy once I got the bobble Stich down. One thing I would like to point out is that it will not look like the photo on the kit. I made it three separate times and it’s just not possible to get it with no gaps and still make the coat puff out- in fact even in the tutorial videos that come with the kit theirs doesn’t even look like the photo on the kit. However, this does not mean that it did not turn out Super cute.

One last thing I would like to mention is that people were having trouble getting the llamas coat to puff out and I actually found away to fix that problem without changing the pattern. After each bobble Stich there is a simple crochet Stich. Once you have made that stitch push the bobble stitch so that it puffs outward and then tighten the simple crochet as much as you can. After I did this with the second one I made the coat puffed out way more and I was very happy with it.

Llama love!

The llama was one of the first kits I bought, but I kept her waiting until I got better and better and I couldn't believe how well she turned out. Thank you, Woobles, for giving me the confidence to learn something completely new so late in life!
