Snoopy Crochet Kit

As an experienced crocheter, this pattern was easy to follow and fun to make. I love the yarn that’s included in the kit and the Snoopy crochet hook is so cute! However, I felt like it was difficult to get the amigurumi to sit up with just the tail alone and had to freehand some feet for Snoopy. I did find it strange that the pattern is missing that part of him, along with the lines on his paws, making him look a little incomplete. Would have appreciated if that was included in the pattern, especially for the price point.

I really enjoyed this project. Everything I needed was shipped to me. The instructions and videos were clear and simple to follow. Such an easy way to learn how to crochet. I had so much fun making Snoopy. I recommend this product to everyone. How great to teach a child how to crochet and you can do one along with them. Very reasonable price and good quality yarn and accessories. Everything shipped right to my door.

I LOVEEeE snoopy so when I saw, I could make snoopy as a wobble I had to get it I loved the snoopy, crochet kit, and the instructions were so easy to follow I wouldn’t suggest if you’re a beginner, beginner at crocheting but I am still pretty new and it was easy for me to follow. I decided not to sew in a mouth for my snoopy but that was just my preference <3

A very cute kit. I've been wanting to learn to make amigurimis for a while and this was a good opportunity to learn. That being said, even though this is a beginner's kit, parts of it were still tear-my-hair-out hard. For reference, I started this project July 20th and finished it, Aug 3rd. In fairness I did not spend everyday on it but I did spend most days on it. I restarted from scratch I'm not sure how many times and in the end my snoopy appears to have been crocheted upside-down. Not sure how that happened. There needs to be an option to have each video autoplay as having to let go of either hook or yarn every time I needed to advance the video got old. Having the pattern written out helped once I had the basic stitches figured out. I added a spot on the tail and purposefully put the back spot on the side that had massive stitch gaps. My advice is to use the stitch markers and make your inc and dec stitches as small as you can to avoid those giant gaps you'll see in my pictures. Every time you start a new row move the lowest marker to that new stitch so if you lose count (or forget to move marker, oops) you never have to undo more than the row you're on and the row before to figure out where you need to be. Also, if you can have someone double check your count, that is really helpful. I will be buying Woodstock to round out the pair but I will probably stop there and only do one everyone and then when one really catches my eye, like the Shiba-inu. The kits are expensive so if the price tag bothers you, I suggest waiting for a sale.

I’ve been crocheting plushies a bit, but never confident in process. This was easy to follow and gave great tips along the way. And the final product is as priceless.
