The snout
Brace yourself. It's time. Time to learn the magic loop. Pick up the white yarn and watch this tutorial:
Magic loop giving you trouble? Try this easier chain method instead. It'll probably leave you with a hole in the middle, but that's OK – you gotta do what you gotta do to make that circle.
Whether you made a circle using the magic loop or chain method, give yourself a pat on the back for finishing half of the snout!
Do the invisible fasten off to turn it into a nice round circle, and leave a long tail. You'll use the yarn tail later to sew the snout onto the body.
Make a second magic loop with 6 sc in it for the other half of the snout. Remember to do an invisible fasten off to turn it into a nice smooth circle.
