What's this? Another new abbreviation? blo means, you guessed it, "back loop only." With the right side of your work still facing out, insert the hook under the side of the horizontal V that's further away from you. So instead of putting your hook under the entire horizontal V, put it only under the side of the V further away from you like this:

Surprise, surprise! Yet another abbreviation. 😱 Yup, you guessed it again, it's flo means "front loop only." So insert the hook under the side of the horizontal V that's closer to you.

Invisible fasten off leaving a long tail. Fold the top over at round 11. The edge should match up with the leftover front loops of round 9. Thread a needle with the tail. Use it to whip stitch the edge and the front loops of round 9 together. Weave in the yarn tails on the inside of the pot.
