I mean look at the difference! The one with the blue label is regular wooble yarn and the one with the black is the one that has not enough
Snooky the Ghost was my very first crochet project and I loved the experience overall! The Woobles kit is super easy to follow (though I did have to rewatch a few steps when I got a little lost), and I appreciate the extras they included - like extra yarn for blush/mouth, and even and extra eye piece.
The only downside and what kept me from giving 5 stars is the glow-in-the-dark yarn shortage. I noticed other reviews mentioned the same issue, so I don’t know if it’s just this kit or if they’re a little stingy with that yarn. Mine didn’t come with enough to finish the bottom and the arms, so I had to buy plain white yarn. Kind of a bummer that my little ghosts arms don’t glow with the rest of him.
Still, I really enjoyed making it and I’d definitely recommend the kit for beginners — just be aware you might need extra yarn if you want a whole ghost 👻 (the glow on the photo is bright on camera — faint glow in person but still adorable)
I ran out of the glow in the dark yarn well before I was finished! Very disheartening :( I had to use other non-glow in the dark white yarn from previous Woobles. To finish it up.
There wasn't enough yarn to finish poor snooky I was able to patch him with white yarn form a older kit but it doesn't glow, it made me very sad :( and I might have gotten a off kit but still its very disappointing when a lot of the appeal is the kitchen has all you need...when it didn't, I saw other reviews with the same problem to but still sad, oh and he has no arms :((
Very short on yarn I redid it twice and still came to the same conclusion that it Didn’t have enough. Very disappointing for being a 30 dollar kit.
