Purple and Gold!

I made a yellow chick and purple penguin for my son for his 21st birthday. His university colors are purple and gold (East Carolina). This was my first time crocheting. I’m very pleased on how they turned out. He likely them and put them on the feet of the giant duck his girl friend had bought him.

So cute!

I love this little penguin! It was my first crochet project since I first learned in 3rd grade (I’m 33 now). I had forgotten 99 percent of what I learned back then so the videos were beyond helpful! I bought 3 kits at the same time and I’ve already finished all 3 plus an old kit from another company that I couldn’t figure out how to do. Now I’m working on making making a dish towel! I’m officially addicted!!

Adorable!

My second wooble. The yarn was a little more advanced than the blue penguin which helped hone my skills. I think she's my favorite yet! I even added a bow to help me learn more types of stitches. So thankful for woobles for teaching me this hobby!

Great starter kit!

This was my first time doing crochet and I was able to make Pierre in a weekend! The step-by-step instructional videos were very helpful and a great way to learn.

The only minor complaint was that "the making a magic loop" video is slightly different than how it's taught through pictures in the techniques section of the pattern. I'm assuming either way is fine but I kinda wanted to do it the way it was taught in the pics but step three has me a little confused, so I would have liked to see it done in video format.

Another fun kit!

I love this kit! I had previously made the blue penguin. I named him Blenguin. I also made a black penguin. I love the colors of the new penguin kits. So fun to do.
