I ordered the gift card more than 2 weeks ago and haven’t received the email containing the card. I have tried to contact support via email and text and haven’t gotten a response. Highly disappointing

Never received the gift card email and can’t reach the support team
I purchased a gift card for a gift on 11/28 and haven’t received the email with the card. I reached out to customer service on 12/5 and received the generic reply it would take 48 hrs. I emailed again on 12/9 and received the response up to 7 days response time. Highly disappointing when purchasing a digital gift card as a gift.

Digital gift card does not contain code
I placed an order for the digital gift card. I received the confirmation but not the code . I reached out for help via email and text so I hope I will hear back soon as it is a birthday gift
