Meet Pastel Emilio the Turtle
If this fresh new version of Emilio the Turtle has tortoise anything, it’s that slow and steady wins the race—at least when it comes to wooblin’ in pastels! We think you’ll agree that these rainbow-lievable colors make an already adorable Wooble truly spe-shell.

While some of the details, like his little legs and tail, do make this a Beginner+ kit, our Easy Peasy yarn and step-by-step tur-torials keep everything super simple. And although Emilio can sometimes be a bit shy, this color palette absolutely refuses to fade into the background, proving that pastels really do speak louder than words. So grab your hook and get ready to shell-ebrate, ’cause this Wooble is turtle-y and completely worth it!

Great kit!

Loved this limited edition version! I loved the pastel colors & the purple hook! Just a note for newbies… the video & instructions are the same as the standard kit & so reference those colors. It is easy to figure out. Just keep that in mind so you aren’t looking for brown & green yarn in your kit.

Turtle LOVE

Easy to understand instructions, broken down into manageable chunks. I would recommend this for a beginner level.
This is my first Wooble, but I am an experienced crocheter. Emilio is adorable. I have 2 others to work on now, Dumbledore and Nico the cat. I think I am hooked, and wish the patterns were for sale in a written form.

my very first wooble (and crochet project)! 🩷

i got this as a gift as part of the turtle-y dino-mite valentine’s day bundle from my friend. i had never crocheted anything before this and i was so proud of how quickly i was able to catch on! however, i knew that as soon as i finished emilio i could definitely improve, so i ended up making another one with my leftover yarn (i named this one shelly, lol). you can definitely see what a difference it makes when all the yarn has even tension—i like to make my stitches a bit snug now to minimize the size of the holes. i’m still happy to have improved so much even after just one project! this was a little bit more difficult than other woobles i have made (such as pierre), as i found the legs and tail to be frustrating since it was so different than crocheting in rounds (but now i love slip stitches, double crochet stitches, and chains!), and i ripped it out so many times. it was super easy on my second one, though! i definitely still recommend, even for true beginners! 🐢💕

Grandson the crocheter

My 10 yr old grandson is the crocheter. He did the fox, frog, and now the pastel turtle. He wants an axolotl next.

Amazingly adorable!

I had so much fun doing this kit! The legs and tail were my favorite part. I’m completely obsessed with the pastel yarn. It’s absolutely gorgeous! Best easy peasy yarn so far!!
