I’ve been salivating over this kit since it came out. I had doubts based on the other reviews, but they were all blown away with the receipt of this collection. It is worth the money for an HP fan. There are so many little details that make it an exceptional and exciting product. I bought the first collection, skipped the house mascots, bought the sorting hat, and am working my way through the kits in this box. Yes the yarn matches, yes the videos and instructions take you straight through, yes everything you need is included! I can’t wait for the next collection which has to be the teachers - may I suggest Hagrid, Snape, McGonnagal & Trelawney? A 5th kit with the Marauders - Lupin & Sirius Black? James? I’d buy it all. I’m here for it. Thank you Woobles for another amazing project I can use to increase my skills!
The Stag Patronus is my favorite wooble to date! It really glows in the dark! Fun hobby for any Harry Potter fan or anyone looking for a new hobby! I can’t wait to finish them all!
2 of the 4 hooks in this set is defective. The Ron Weasley hook has a gap between the hook and the handle so is a bit loose. The stag patronus hook has excess plastic from when the handle was molded making it mildly uncomfortable and annoying. Normally I wouldn't care about the cosmetic defects but at $200 there should be quality control to ensure this doesn't happen
The Ron Weasley hook has a gap between the handle and the hook making it slightly loose. I ended up not using the Ron Weasley hook due to the gap and looseness of the hook Normally I wouldn't give such a low score over 1 tool however this kit is expensive and marketed to beginners having faulty tools could make someone getting into crochet give up.
I loved the buckbeak but I’m just 9 so it was a little hard so I skipped some steps but still looks really cool. Got it as a Christmas gift from my Grandparents.
