It’s going to sound terrible, but I got a Woobles to prove that I’ll never understand crochet. I had tried to learn multiple times in the past and it was always a complete mess. Well, Mr. Cornelius proved me wrong! I loved the instructional videos and yarn it comes with! Everything was very newbie friendly and I had so much fun making him. Definitely ordering more kits very soon!
This was my 3rd woobles project. I am very happy with how the bee turned out. My only complaint is the videos were more general the other two kits I had done were more focused on the specific project while the bee videos were more general. I wish the videos had been specific to the bee especially the color changes and making and putting on the wings. I reached out to customer support and they were very helpful. The way woobles teaches the color change leaves a visible seam with a YouTube search you can learn to do it basically seamless but it does take a bit of work. Overall very happy with the project just wish the video was more project specific.
This was my first time crocheting and it was a great success! I was preparing myself to get frustrated and impatient, but to my surprise I made it through the project with very little issues. I’d say the wings were the hardest for me when it was time to attach them. The video to attach them wasn’t super easy to follow for me like the rest of the project. All in all, the whole project was easy enough for me to follow that I didn’t really make any mistakes which surprised me since it’s my first time. Overall, I loved the experience and I’ve already ordered a customized bundle!
