It was a bit hard at first but I got the hang of it and it turned out great!!! It was also very fun, but now I have an addiction to the woobles and to crochet in general! Super high quality and I love the end product
I can't get enough of woobles. I have made 5 woobles now and working on my 6th. I got 2 out of the dinosaur and candy cane set because I crochet tight. I can't believe I just learned a week before Christmas. Not even a month later and I'm following patterns I bought off etsy. Thank you woobles. Being able to switch to left handed made all the difference. As you can see by my pic I added height to one and colors to the dinosaurs spikes.
The videos were incredibly easy to follow at the beginning, and I appreciated that we were expected to remember what we'd been taught as we went through the later stages of the instructions (but could easily look back to re-learn). However, creating the one arm and attaching it with detailed instructions did not lend itself to just "do the same thing" for the other arm. The left and right aspects of that new process made it difficult (and I was happy to see someone else comment on that, too). That said, I was amazed with how easy to follow the videos were and how well the final product turned out! Have already recommended this to many others!
Such a fun and relaxing project. Great and easy way to learn crocheting for beginners.
My 7 year old sister received this kit, and the videos were clear, while also allowing some independence. I used additional yarn from other kits to make Fred a friend. I can’t wait to pick up the next kit!
The one thing I would improve is the clarity of how to make the arms. Since the arms are on different sides of the body, I wasn’t sure how to make the second arm without instruction.
