Super fun and not too hard (as an experienced crotcheter) the online tutorials are super easy to follow, and simply explain how to crotchet Reese. It’s super fun for me although the embroidery for the feather detailing was a bit tricky, and decided to leave it for when I’m a bit more experienced in embroidery. Overall, super fun and convenient kit, (wouldn’t recommend to complete beginners who are using this as a first project, although I think the same for any amigurumi).
This is the 2nd Wooble I've done with absolutely no crochet experience and it was easy until the magic ring/center ring-- the beak and wings were stressful for me as a beginner. I am also not very great at centering the body parts when sewing on but overall super fun and super cute!
This was such a fun project. I waited for this kit to come back in stock.
After doing so many of these kits now I notice that a universal issue is the lack of videos for small parts, which come at the end of every project when, I assume, there is an assumption that the learner can just figure it out on their own. The instructions for the beak made absolutely no sense to me count-wise and I ended up modifying the beak pattern from Pierre in order to make this beak. I’d love for someone to clarify these directions for me. I have no idea how you’re supposed to get four stitches in part one of round two, six stitches from part two of round two and then eight stitches from the third round.
Love the concept and I have many more kits to complete, but the end of these kits is a problem pretty consistently across the board.
Love to Reese the Mallard he was so fun to make I renamed mine Percy after my favorite book character Percy was really fun to make and only took me about four hours and he’s so cute
Color changing is not as hard as you would think. The tutorials are incredibly helpful.
