Number one it IS adorable - the only difficulty is the shiny "thread". It is grab-by and hard to get a flow with. But I did it, learned even more great stitches. I got the spa package, and am having fun creating little accessories - so cool!

Nice product, but shipping is super slow

I ordered this on Jan 1. It's now Jan 16 and it still hasn't shipped. I contacted customer service earlier this week and they said it'd ship "soon."
I had similar issues before Christmas. I placed an order on Nov. 29 that didn't arrive until after Christmas, despite that same bundle being offered as a guaranteed quick ship arrive before Christmas bundle two weeks after I ordered. When it finally arrived it was missing a kit and it took over a week to get a response from customer service, and over a week to ship the missing kit. The missing kit finally arrived Jan 13.
I love your kits, but the slow shipping is getting ridiculous. Figure it out before you lose more customers.
