Very disappointing
I ordered on December 3 was told I would get it by the 24th for a gift for my granddaughter. Guess what did not get it will not be ordering anything else thanks merry Christmas to you.

I purchased a gift card for a gift on 11/28 and haven’t received the email with the card. I reached out to customer service on 12/5 and received the generic reply it would take 48 hrs. I emailed again on 12/9 and received the response up to 7 days response time. Highly disappointing when purchasing a digital gift card as a gift.
