The side panels

Now we're going to make the side panels with dark brown yarn:

Row 1: ch 6  (6)
Row 2: starting from the second chain from the hook, 5 sc, ch 1 and turn  (5)
Row 3: 5 sc  (5)

Fasten off, leaving a long tail. You'll use the tails in the next step to assemble the briefcase.
