Rounds 10: (switch to black yarn) [6 sc, inc] x 4  (32)
Round 11: 32 sc  (32)
Round 12-13: (switch to yellow yarn) 32 sc  (32)

New stitch alert! Meet the decrease (dec) stitch:

Round 14: (switch to black yarn) [2 sc, dec] x 8  (24)
Round 15: 24 sc  (24)
Round 16: (switch to yellow yarn) [sc, dec] x 8  (16)
Round 17: 16 sc  (16)

Cut the black yarn.
