Oh ny goodness. These kits are actually the best. I learned to crochet from them, and this was my first intermediate (4th wooble) where I was kind of on my own, and she turned out SO CUTE. This is my 5th wooble and my second intermediate. She is easier than the hedgehog lol. If you make her you need to be pretty good with magic circles you need to make 8 of them. I love her so much and she’s my favorite! I am going to get the white llama too!
I loved making Gertrude! It was great fun to learn a new stitch. I love the colors of the yarn. And, I think she looks great! My husband was impressed with my crochet skills! Gertrude was my first intermediate kit with the Woobles, and I think she turned out great. I had been thinking about buying an intermediate kit but couldn’t decide, then the pastel Gertrude came out I knew I had to buy her! I couldn’t get the bobble stitch to turn out exactly as pictured, but I knew this would be the case from reading other reviews. The Woobles have really inspired me to continue crocheting outside their kits, and I have made many animals since I made my first kit.
I think you should make an entire JUMBO kit filled to the tippy top with pierre accessories and all sorts of jobs such as photographer, gardener, and ETC....
