I’m not new to crocheting, but I am much better at knitting. This was my first 3D object. I am left handed, and I found the videos very helpful and chunked well into small segments. I found the beak and the wings to be the hardest because they were small and fiddly. I’d say it took about 4 hours in total.
For a complete beginner, I’m not sure how easy this would be as I already knew the stitches and how to read a pattern from my flat work, but it’s definitely worth a shot! The materials included are very nice, and I really like the yarn.
