I've never picked up a crochet hook. Can I really do this?

Can kids do this?
Itβs the answer we all dread β it depends. Kids as young as 8 have successfully made toys with The Woobles kits! But here's some questions to help you decide: how much do they dabble in arts and crafts already? How much hand-eye coordination do they have? How well do they follow video instructions? Can they focus on an activity for at least 30 minutes?
What if I'm left-handed?
We gotchu π Every beginner kit comes with both right- and left-handed step-by-step guides, plus all of our tutorial videos are available for both righties and lefties.
How long does it take?
For total newbies, anywhere between 3-8 hours. But once you get the hang of crochet, less than an hour!
What if I mess up?

Which kit is best to start with?
Pierre the Penguin is quite the popular Weeble, but really, all of our beginner crochet kits are for beginners. If you want to do a little less sewing, Jojo the Bunny and Kiki the Chick have the least amount of parts. If you're up for an extra challenge, learn some extra techniques with Fred the Dinosaur or Felix the Fox.
