Love Him!

I love frogs, i already had some crocheting experience but it had been a while since I last made something, so when I saw a frog wooble I had to get it it’s a little bigger than I thought, but that’s just more wooble to love, if you like frogs get henri

Trials and tribulations…

I have had these advertised to me so much and decided to give it a go.
While the videos are easy to follow, I wish there was one more continuation of the stitch sequence to follow along with at round 3 because I had a difficult time getting the hang of it (resulted in me ripping the whole thing back to the beginning one time). Instead I had click back and rewatch the same sequence over and over until I really understood it (pretty sure this is why I got lost in what I was doing and why I had to take the stitches out until I could start over). I think having two full stitch sequences (at round 3 and 4) would help in understanding better and make it more seamless for those having difficulty (instead of having to go back through and risk getting lost in the tutorial).
One other issue was that my yarn was two pieces knotted/tied together and it was difficult for me to crochet with. The knot and string bits also show on the outside of my project which was a bummer (my attempt to “hide” it was to make that the back).
Overall, I did learn how to make Henri and started to enjoy it by the end. I hope if they read reviews and can make any changes it would be to add a little more to the videos and also what to do if your yarn is conjoined pieces (getting the knot through the loops was difficult and I hate that it shows on the outside of my project).

Henri is very cute, and has become my desk buddy. I think he turned out perfectly, even if it's not exactly like the photos. Already trying to convince others to try it, and my next wooble purchase is on the way!
