It was a pretty simple pattern with cute variegated yarn :). I loved the addition of the creeper crochet hook plus the proper plastic eyes and mouth pieces.
It definitely does look square once you're done with it- but just beware that this is still crochet so will look a wee bit round.
My tension is pretty tight when I crochet so my little guy ended up being much smaller than the sample so I embroidered the eyes instead of using the plastic ones. Still, he looks very cute!! He can stand on four legs too <3
This was my first woobles kit (but ive crocheted for over a year). I definitely reccomend this for beginners. the actual creeper body is pretty simple (lots of continuous sc rounds) and you're provided with very slow paced videos explaining literally every step. I personally didn't need them ( aside from the eye embroidery one) but they were very thorough. If you are more intermediate/used to crochet the PDF pattern provided is easy to read.
This was my first attempt at crochet. I just finished my Pineapple! It's adorable! I love the step by step tutorial! I could replay if need be. I can't wait to start a new project! I'm thinking the rooster!
I know the basics of crochet, but Iβve never tried to make something from a pattern before. Some of the videos are VERY basic and I had to skip forward on some, but my granddaughter is making her own (sheβs 11) and the videos are perfect for her. My Creeper is far from perfect, but my grandson (10) absolutely loves him. He chose it for his birthday and asked me to make it for him. Love the yarn and the cute Minecraft crochet hook too!

This was my first ever crochet kit. The videos are amazing. They have sections to allow you to chunk the project or review types of stitches. I chose to complete the project on separate days. The videos actually saved where I left off, which was very convenient. I made mistakes, but this kit is forgiving. It comes with a starter piece and there are explanations on how to restart if needed. I did end up having to restart, but that was part of my learning experience. I gained a new confidence with crocheting. I appreciate all that I learned from this kit! Also, I know how to knit and have used a variety of yarns. Nothing compares to the Woobles yarn. This yarn is AMAZING! It's very durable and forgiving of the learning process.
