I LOVE the woobles. my friends have been getting into crochet and have been making woobles. One of them gave me the Fred the dinosaur kit and I fell in love. The directions are easy, the patterns are pretty simple and you learn quickly. Thanks to the woobles, I have a new lifelong skill. Me and my friends are planning on making more and selling some. I have spent hours making him and it is totally worth it. He was my first crochet project ever, but I'm glad I got to make him. This was my first time crocheting and I am very pleased with how this went. The directions were easy to follow and I was into it in no time. Making Fred was so fun and relaxing. I highly recommend the woobles to anyone who is either starting crochet or has already done it before.
Fred was the second wobble I have crochet and was one of the cutest in my opinions.The instructions were so simple and detailed and got me crocheting in 7 minutes! I am glad my mother got me this because it was the best and definitely going to get more!
This was my second wooble and it really was a step up. It doesn’t seem like it, but there’s a lot of nuance in getting the counting exactly right. Sewing pieces on is not my strong suit though. Shh they probably don’t want you to know this, but they leave enough extra yarn to even make the Wee Rex if you put your new skills to the test! Of course, no instructions come to make it but you can!
I loved making this little guy! It was super fun and I really challenged myself! I tried doing, then undid, tried again, undid again….the tutorial’s “step by step” videos were really really “step by step”. That made it easier to really learn each stitch! A few times, I reached out for guidance via text and got super quick responses which helped a lot! I can’t wait for my next Wooble! I’m so proud of myself!
