I will never buy from this company again. The directions are only online, you have to us a QR CODE AND PASSWORD to get to the already expensive crochet kit. Once the code is put in there is a download button but does not work — this would also only be useful to people with printers. Stop forcing kids to need electronics, we are not a kids use tablets house and this was a total buzz kill of a buy. Be better Woobles and print out the directions.
I’m rather new to woobles(I’d only made one other one before I got this), so when a friend got this for me for Christmas, I was in LOVE with it. I’m a big fan of Bluey, so while all the bits and bobs to it were a little long, the end result was beautiful. I love it so much!! Don’t worry about extra yarn because this kit comes with plenty- I still have several rolls of yarn from it, even though I made all of it. While she looks a little wonky, she’s definitely loveable, and I love the eyes. The online videos were super helpful!
The amount of sewing makes me glad I have done several other kits before this one. It feels like a beginner+ to intermediate skill helps if you want the sewn on pieces to line up right. It just has all the beginner instructions in the kit, but shouldn’t be your first. I couldn’t get the eyes right so I added an extra slip stitch around the edge of the white circles to give me more material to work with, since the backs of the eyes pouch out the whites too much without it. Using pins to hold the face pieces in place before sewing everything on also helped me correct mistakes and balance everything out better.
The easy pattern and instructions are the best! I love the final result! It was so easy to make and it looks amazing. I would absolutely recommend this kit to my friends. This Wooble is perfect for beginners. This is my personal favorite Woobles product that I have made. This product is for any one from beginning crocheters all the way to advanced crocheters. I was so exited to get this kit and the results turned out to be so cute!
